This is one of those days I should have stayed in bed ...went to the doctor and I have osteoarthritis which I already figured out ...its in my back, neck, knees and hands ...also have bone spurs in my left knee ... so start some physical therapy for awhile ...if that dont work steroid shots and eventually knee replacement ... dont think so ...have hypertension ... was put on pills and need to get more sleep ... have vertigo from allergic rhinitis ... so medicines for that ... oh well just falling apart
