This is our 2nd serious report from a small domestic lamb and beef processing plant in Bacchus Marsh, VIC A beef slaughterman of nearly 15 years has recently been sacked because of a injury he was carrying. The injury was a common meat workers injury. An injured wrist certainly a direct result of 15 years of legging, flanking, and fronting out. During his nearly 15 years of service he has assisted in training dozens eof slaughterman, THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BAD the most recent of the people he has trained(foreign worker) has filled his spot on the chain, Now im not sure whats worse the fact that the company he worked for denied him the treatment he deserved after 15 years, or the fact that a 457 worker that he trained has filled his spot.......
