This is probably the worst article Ive ever read on anything. Joe Rogan is so ignorant of what hes writing about here its embarrassing. Its easy to look at Arnold with a whiggish view of bodybuilding history and say he had it right whilst all modern bodybuilders take it too far. What people dont seem to understand is that everyone thought Arnold looked freakishly huge back then, too. Women used to faint, I mean literally faint, at the sight of Eugen Sandows musculature, and he was only 200lbs at 59. Every generation thinks their generations bodybuilders are the ones that took it too far. 0/10 would not train with.
