This is profound for me considering what I have been through since I was hurt at work. Many other injured workers have spun their wheels through the years, trying to shine a light on the crimes that injured workers are the target of. The intentional maiming of my body by the workers comp insurance carriers network Doctors and medical providers may eventually cause my demise. If not that, then the fact that I will not shut up about the heinous criminal acts that employers, insurance carriers and their attorneys have bestowed upon injured workers - those in their medical provider network included. Like many others before me, I have tried to file charges at the police department, I have contacted and spoken to several times the district attorneys - WC fraud division, I have contacted TV Journalists, TV shows and personalities, the State of California Department of Industrial Relations - Christine Baker, California Department of Insurance (CDI), California Coalition on Workers Compensation, California Applicants Attorneys Association, the WCAB, DWC, Governor Jerry Browns office and many other organizations and groups that could have a care in the plight of injured workers, but to no avail. In fact, in some circumstances for example on FB, I have been barred from further commenting on the plight of injured workers and the crimes against injured workers. I have been asked to refrain from calling Christine Bakers office - she is the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations in CA, sighting that she cannot speak to me about my case or my complaints and she cannot offer any further information to me - because I have an open case. But what about the cesspool of fraud that is the California Workers Comp system? I may seem like a dissident to them at this point. Good! I will not tolerate any other injured worker being harmed or harassed as I have been! And, Im not alone! For more information, go to Crimes Against Injured Workers or Injured Workers National Network - IWNN, or NAIDW - National Association of Injured & Disabled Workers.
