This is really disturbing. I do belive she rolled up at a bank? but it could be a mcs This is crazy, this is why i observe people around me and I dont talk. Because you dont know what someone is capable of doing when pisssd off. She seems to be under the influance. And they should have called the police right away. And a few men should have knocked her down to keep her stable. Because she might have been having what they call a psychotic break down. There is a longer term but I cannot remeber it. Anyways, this is just very frightining to see what humans have become..
