This is so touching. And I love that although its the fugly bitter looking trailer trash strumpets and fat old miserly religious fundamentalists who get oppressive its then the young macho jocks youd normally profile as being the stereotypical college queer basher types that actually stand up for the couple and are outraged by how others mistreat them. Really teared up watching these jock strangers looking out for total strangers they owed nothing to for no reason other than simple compassion. I know you shouldnt rely on the instinct of presuming beautiful people are more trustworthy but cant help but notice that its the pretty people here who behave morally and all the ugly ones who behave offensively. I really think callous hearted people become uglier and uglier just because of how they think and act and the ugliness of their inner self eventually just oozes out of them but the goodness in decent people, no matter how shabby, plain or mishaps they may be, just shines through and makes them look beautiful anyway. Cant help but find the religious zealots here offensively ugly as people.
