This is something HUGE that I have been watching all my life. When I was in a Southern Baptist church, no one ever talked about contraception or Calvinism. 2-child families were the standard and there were no hints of Christian Patriarchy. Over the years, calvinism has become a force, contraception has become an issue, family sizes are ballooning to 3, 4, 5+ kids and Albert Mohler and others are hedging on the pill. This is VERY dangerous as the SBC is the 2nd biggest denomination in the country, after Catholics.
