This is something I have wanted to do for quite a while, here at Active Realty ...having just had a bit of a health scare, actually a pretty big health scare recently , we really want to help people within our community ...so we are staring a new programme.. if someone is ill and needs to sell their house, we will sell it for free ....you read right,no commission at all..at this point in time we will do one every 12 months ( hopefully going to one every 6 months) and hopefully we will be able to increase the number as we go along... We do need your help to let people know..Rules are simple they, have to be incapacitated or ill and need to sell their property. Both Demetri Prodromou and Tommi Husband are with me all the way and want to assure you not paying a commission does not mean we will do half a job ..we will get the highest price the market will pay on the day...so if you know anyone who is ill and needs to sell please let them know about us..if you know anyone else who is thinking of selling let them know about me (sorry Tommi and Demetri couldnt resist) ..we do care about our clients and our community ..Lets try to help someone in our community just because we can and make a difference today!
