This is telekinetics and requires a medium ( me) to achieve these psychic powers . This is a good psychic and man and can send electric current thru muscles obvious but what long term affect it has is unclear . Is like a constant static electricity running thru his body and is emitted thru his fingertips . His Firestarter abilities is probably telekinetics as well . This can be confused as black magic but is just psychic powers and again requires a medium ( me)
