This is the Flow from PiYo Drench. It is such a peaceful movement, and stunningly beautiful. And I have to say, Drench lives up to its name. I was soaked. Fantastic workout today. There is a complete modification to this also. Not going as deep into the lunge, warrior, right-angle, and triangle. Also, not going all the way into the PiYo Flip. The modifier in the video is fantastic. Even not doing this full out, you still get a full body workout.
