This is the curve of medical treatment proposed by Emmanuel, and the basis for our Obamacare system. This publication is written by him with 2 other bioethicists...if thats what you want to call them. He talks of value allocation. If you are genuinely indispensable in promoting relevant principles, then you would be also given preferential health care treatment. This covers all of our legislators in Washington, should this system be necessary( war, financial disaster, contagious disease). This is real....you can look it up!!!
