This is the from the March Newsletter of JoanandJohnWalker from Joan Walker.....enJOY< blessings Terri Master Kuthumi Greetings, it is Kuthumi, I have been called from the celestial realms of wisdom and light to give to you a message. You are approaching some trying times in your evolution, and it is important for you to realize that you have all that is necessary within you to navigate these times of change. There will be disruption in many of your systems, not only personally but collectively. All anomalies that are held within your energetic system on a personal level must surface for you to eliminate them. Anomalies and negative programs that are held within the collective consciousness of humanity are surfacing so that you might pay attention and be more proactive in their removal. Let us consider your personal energetic system and your personal ways of creating your reality on Earth. It is important for you to recognize that when these anomalies surface and there is discomfort in your mental and emotional body you should not push this away or ignore it. Bring it forth into the daylight so that you might see it accurately, because these things are surfacing from your unconscious. You must begin to look at things that you have hidden away because it was too uncomfortable for you to feel at them. Take courage, beloveds, and be willing to face what is being shown to you in living color. Take action to change what you are viewing if there is discomfort of any kind. First, look into your emotional body and be willing to courageously feel exactly what you are feeling. Sometimes these things are layered, and you will have one feeling layered above another, but if you will take the time to look at these things accurately you can uncover each layer. When you uncover it, you will see the inaccuracies of these feelings. Many of these feelings stem from prior experiences. These feelings were created because you did not have the experience or the wisdom to see differently. As you view them now in the present moment, you can see very clearly what is inaccurate. This is an important discovery that you can make. It is through this detection that these feelings can be very easily and effectively removed so that you might operate from a higher light frequency in your emotional body. You can feel states of empowerment, peace, harmony and certainty. You will begin to access states of knowing from a much different, more elevated perspective, and you will be able to access the wisdom that you have gained as you have lived life in a body. You can begin to use your wisdom more efficiently to create a life experience that is more in alignment with your soul nature. Next, let us examine the thoughts in your mental body that created those feelings. Once you have uncovered the root feeling, it is very easy to begin to uncover what created your feeling. You examine it in the present moment with all of the wisdom that you have gathered in this lifetime. Take it to your heart and ask, “Is this true?” Most often the first answer you will hear is “No.” It is through this discovery that you can eliminate negative programs and anomalies once and for all. Through experiencing the power to change, you gain clarity, and you are able to alter the way in which you create your life experience. As you experience these things, you have a knowing within your heart center of what is valid in regards to you personally, and what is no longer necessary. Honor this and do not dismiss it as your imagination, for truly it is not. It is the knowing that creates certainty and clarity, and, most importantly, that creates peace and harmony in your life. Many things happen when you take the time to change the programming that keeps you in fear, suspicion and victimization. These negative programs have an effect on your physical health and well-being in ways that you have never considered. It ages the body, and it limits your ability to create with precision and accuracy. It also limits your ability to take charge and to be willing to stand up and make those changes, regardless of any perceived repercussions. Most often, what you imagine could happen is also tied to these personal negative programs that keep you dis empowered. I tell you these things to alert you to what is coming. This is not to stir up or invoke fear within you, but to empower you to make the changes now that are required of you. If humanity is able to make these changes on a personal level, then in the latter part of this year you will make vast contributions to the collective consciousness of Earth. There are many changes that will come about which will create a more peaceful environment for all. It starts with the individual, and as the individual changes occur, it creates a more complete Christ consciousness within each person’s field of energy. The personal energy field that is charged with Christ consciousness is absorbed by the collective consciousness and alters it substantially. As the intense energies of change begin to come into the reality of all embodied on Earth, it is important to recognize that there is purpose in these things. Many unaware individuals create resistance to change because they are afraid. Many others who hold positions of power enjoy their power and are fighting for the status quo, which is not energetically supported because of the presence of the 5th dimensional matrix that is based in love and unity. Change is never comfortable in the realm of form, but I assure you, it is in the discomfort that great change is created that serves all. Those who are still playing in fields of fear, dominance and “power over” hold on with great strength so they can continue the way in which they create. Make no mistake; these are powerful beings, even though they are creating from a faulty base of separation. Their power is not to be dismissed, because it was built over eons of time in various eras of experimentation since the fall of consciousness, so there is a huge power base. On the other hand, dear ones, those of you who are reading this also have a greater power base that you can access very easily when you gather together with others who are of like mind and hold great love and light within them. All of you know the light that is within you. You have studied and have done much personal work to awaken and make your Christed nature fully accessible at this time. When you gather in small groups, your light expresses itself more dynamically with a tenfold power and you can change many things. Start with simple creations that will allow you to manifest quickly and more easily. And then notice the outcome, notice what you have created. These groups offer great support amongst you so that you do not feel alone or feel that you are a victim of circumstances. Start by only supporting those organizations that have the same goals and purposes that benefit humanity. Do not patronize those that do not; do not increase their viability by increasing their productivity. Take the time to be informed about what goes on in your community and get involved in the things that most interest you. This does not have to be for the purpose of changing an injustice, although this is a very valid choice. Engage in groups that have as their purpose the betterment of humanity. Support small co-ops, farmers markets, small businesses, and cottage industries that are created for the purpose of supporting the community. This lessens your dependency on large processing conglomerates that use toxic pesticides, food additives, and faulty materials that only add to the problem of a disposable society. When you support local business and artisans, there is quality, there is love in their work and it is expressed in the physical realm in the creation of their art or product. This is no longer about amassing great quantities, but being discerning and selective in what you use, and the purpose for purchasing items. Can you see that there must be a change in the consciousness in regards to these physical acquirements and disengagement from amassing great amounts of material things? I am not saying that to own physical property is wrong, but I am telling you that what needs to be looked at is your attachment to physical property. A balanced state of consciousness in this regard is necessary. Love the Earth, its beauty, and its physicality, and what can be created with these physical elements. Love yourself, see that there is great beauty within you, and your pleasure then originates from self love, love of Source, and love of humanity. When you create love within you and your light can shine without restriction, this is what gives you your greatest pleasure, not physical things. Yes, the body has to be fed and nourished, but, here again, not with massive quantities, but through feeding your body live, nutritious, light filled foods that nourish and sustain it. Remove the addiction of being dependent on food for pleasure. This is a rampant pattern within your society today. Many relationships and gatherings are all based around food and eating, so you miss a very important part of this interaction within a community. You miss the pleasure derived from the companionship, the interaction, and the conversation. It was not the food that was satisfying, it was the group harmony. You can begin to alter this pattern by creating gatherings of discussion where there is no food. This could be an intellectual discussion, it could be dancing, storytelling, playing music that is uplifting, or just gathering for brief periods to have a cup of tea, and to be in the company of those you value. These are the things that you are required to change, beloveds, and it starts with you and within small communities. When you are in fear you have a tendency to isolate yourself from others, and therefore add to your discomfort and feelings of aloneness. Humans are social beings because of their collective nature and require interaction with others. These are the things that must be done to alleviate the stress and the volatility that is within the collective energies of the planet at this time. When you begin building a different foundation for humanity to create from, you must start with yourself personally and then take it to small communities. You set the template for others to follow in unity and love. Whether you realize it or not, it disrupts that power base that is exhibited at present. You disrupt the power that huge conglomerates have over ordinary citizens. You can disrupt this power further by looking at which companies are layered in their power structure by having one smaller company part of a larger one. With this awareness, you can begin to choose which companies serve the greater good, instead of the power structure that makes the ordinary person dependent on that system and a victim of it. If price of items is a consideration, look at the quality of the item, but most importantly look at the number of items that you truly need in order to comfortably sustain yourself. See how the greater good is served. Your peace and pleasure comes from within, not from without, and when you understand this, and are willing to believe it to create its expression in your life, you will change many things. There is a lot that you, as an individual, are being called upon to do at this time. You are called upon to change and expand your consciousness and you are called upon to change the way in which you create and manifest. You are asked to alter much of your belief system and change some of the things that were once true, but no longer hold validity. So it comes down to: Are you willing? Do not allow yourself to be caught up in the fear that will be exhibited in the coming times, many do not hold a consciousness that you hold. They are in fear of their survival. That energy is very present in the environment of the Earth today, so do not partake in the energy, but stay centered in your heart and in your knowing of what is possible to create. Choose, rather than react. This cannot be accomplished in isolation because you contribute to the fear. It is only in gathering together in community that these changes can be created. As you are well aware, when you gather together to create a critical mass, even if it is small, it has great potency and effectiveness. A very wise teacher named Yeshua taught that when many gather in unity they can create miracles that they did not know they could create. You cannot continue in the same creative process that got you into this position. If you do, you will continue to create as you have, and great destruction will then result. Take courage, and be willing to throw out the old template of fear and separation that no longer serves you and create a new one. You have the power and wisdom to accomplish this, and when you start as I have suggested in small groups, much will be created and changed. Be the reflection of a 5th dimensional consciousness that is based in love and unity for all. You are honored by many in the unseen realms of creation, we Masters, the Angelic Realms, and many others with whom you are not familiar. We support your massive, physical creative effort and we stand ready to hold you in great love and light in times when you feel the darkness and despair of a crumbling 3rd dimension. It is the love and light that will sustain you through the dark night and help you to summon your tenacity and creative powers to continue. When you merge your light with the Light of Source, the amount of light is magnified 100– fold and begins to work on the environment and within the collective consciousness of humanity to support your creation. Take heart, beloveds, you will persevere and co-create a new Golden age. Master Kuthumi was one of the Mahatmas that inspired the formation of the Theosophical Society founded by Madame Blavatsky. After his ascension he became the Cohan of the Second Ray, the Ray of Love and Wisdom, and presently holds the position World Teacher which he co-chairs with Master Jesus. Master Kuthumi was Pythagoras in a previous incarnation. He founded a mystery school in Greece and taught harmonious development of the body, mind, and spirit. He was the first to admit women into his school as freely as men. This was a breakthrough in a Greek patriarchal culture. Other incarnations that this venerable teacher took were; St Francis of Assisi, Balthazar, one of the Three Wise men and the Shah Jahan who built the Taj Mahal.
