This is the letter I just sent to my Congressman and Senator: [Senator/Congressman], I want you to personally respond to me. Why aren’t articles of impeachment against President Barack Hussein Obama underway in the U.S. Congress right now? The recent decision by BHO that some parts of ObamaCare are to be delayed is just latest specific, focused slap on your face. He is selectively deciding which parts of a bill you made law he will enforce. The Constitution does not give the President the ability to select which laws he will enforce. While I personally think ObamaCare will catastrophically affect our health care by raising costs and taxes, reducing the number of healthcare and insurance providers, etc., it “is” the law of the land and the Constitution places absolute obligation on the President’s shoulders to enforce ALL the laws of the land. It does not present to the President the opportunity to select which laws or, for crying out loud, which parts of laws he wishes to enforce. The President swore to support and defend our Constitution and he has repeatedly placed his interpretations on it. If you like, give me a call and we can go over some of those violations. In a few cases, he has ignored the Constitution, circumvented Congress (YOU) to do the things he wants to do. He is not our King. As big a mistake as it was, we elected him President. Now, it is time for him to go. He has thumbed his nose at you – the Congress – and our Constitution. It’s time for you to impeach him. If you decide not to move forward with or not to support a Bill of Impeachment, I want you to personally tell me why. You want my vote and accept my money for your pay…answer me directly and personally. Thank you, S. Stewart Joslin LTC, US Army Retired
