HCG DAILY MEALS You will be consuming three meals a day (It’s based on an approximate 500 calorie diet which really can vary from 500 calories per day depending on what protocol foods you eat unless you choose a custom plan to fit your active lifestyle.) Breakfast You may have 1/2 cup cereal (only Special K, Total, or Cheerios) and 1/2 cup of skim milk, or 1 egg I have been eating the Cheerios for the past 2 weeks to try it with Almond Breeze and losing!!! Im doing the 800 Calories!
