This is the season of TURNING ON THE (inner and outer) LIGHTS and OPENING UP to GIVE and RECEIVE LOVE (be it in the form of gifts or kind words or thoughtful gestures or prayers or praise). HOW BEAUTIFUL IS THAT! To have a month each year to bring our focus to giving and receiving LOVE, LIGHT and DELIGHT. However, for many of us, this season can also be a mixed bag of emotions. Feeling lonely, or a loss magnified, or broke, or overworked, or...... Its easy to lose contact with the JOY were supposed to be feeling. If you CAN RELATE, its important to allow yourself to be PRESENT and GRATEFUL for this very moment of LIFE however it presents itself. #Presence and #gratitude has a way of immediately infusing LIFE and LOVE into our bodies, hearts and spirit. Its gift that is ours to receive, in any moment ALL YEAR LONG. Happy Holidays my dear friends. xo
