This is the third time Ive caught the neighbor kids hassling my dogs over our shared fence. Their dad was outside as well and did not tell them to stop. These people are unbelievable. Their mother threw a rock at one of my cats in front of her children about three years ago. They also had put a feral cat trap inside a trash bag and trapped two of mine and turned them in as feral after removing their collars. My cats no longer are allowed outside. It looks like my poor pups wont be able to play outside either. These kids are mean. They run up and down by the fence to get the dogs all excited and barking. Yesterday I found several rocks that hasnt been there prior to the harassment. Sorry for the long rant, but Im sooo mad.
