This is the truth… its ALL about money, lies, cheating, stealing and destroying biological families. These attorneys, adoption agencies & birth mothers do not care about the daddy or their families. They will do whatever they have to to cut him and his family out. The family court judges side with the attorneys who support them the most and keep them on the stand as a judge. Family court judges have no one to hold them accountable. In a criminal or civil court, you have the right to an attorney, a right to a jury and the judge has to follow the constitution. In Family Court, you do not have a right to an attorney, you do not have a right to a jury and because private adoptions are confidential, you cannot be in the court room to witness ANYTHING, unless you are a party to the action..meaning, the father and his attorney, the birth mom and her attorney, oh and YES, the PAPS and their attorney, because they are paying for the birth moms attorney and theirs, therefore they are a party to this action. SICK…. The judges in Family court rule how they want. If you appeal their decision and you can only do this if the judge errored and didnt rule according to law and you lose because the appeal court upholds the judges ruling, then this becomes case law… Family court judges can rewrite the law as they see fit, destroying families and ripping away fathers from their babies one family at a time. They play God. This is the truth…we will fight this until Wyatt is home with Preston and until we change laws so fathers (fit fathers) have equal rights. Preston is accused of some pretty ugly things…the fact is if anyone was abused in his relationship it was him… Our hearts are broken as is our family. We will never give up.
