This is traditional compensation plans including the Unilevel, Binary, Matrix and Stair-Step Breakaway. Look at the person 3-1, you may relate to him. In the unilevel compensation plan, he was sponsored into the program and did not make a dime because he did not sponsor anyone. Nor did he earn anything from the sponsorships of his sponsor. He is hung out to dry. Now look on the right hand side. 3-1 again. In a binary you have to have a right leg and a left leg. The company will ONLY pay you on the WEAKER leg thus 3-1 does not earn a dime! These compensation plans are FLAWED and are VERY DIFFICULT for the average person to earn any income. The 7 down/up Linear compensation plan changes all that....
