This is very sad. In 2014 less than 15% of eligible voters voted in this years state primaries, the lowest on record. Probably good news for the GOP. When few vote, they win. You basically have 15% of the country making the decisions for everyone else. There should be a rule, if you dont vote, you cant complain. It has gotten so bad that most municipalities dont bother publishing voter pamphlets or even say where voter information can be found on the net.
