This is what Im about to show up to court with and ask the judge to enforce: STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA 2013CV321081429 CIVIL CASE NUMBER COUNTY OF LEXINGTON IN THE MAGISTRATE’S COURT MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER CONTRACT PLAINTIFF: Stephanie Mary-Kate Kilbury DEFENDANT: Erik Joseph McBride KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS on this day of November 4, 2013 that the two parties, Stephanie Mary-Kate Kilbury, hereinafter called Plaintiff, and Erik Joseph McBride, hereinafter known as Defendant, do agree on penalty of contempt and $500 fine for violation of this contract, do mutually agree to have no communication whatsoever with one another. Additionally, both parties are to maintain 50 imperial standard yards of distance from one another. Neither party may enter the private property, dwelling unit or its grounds, employment facility, or educational rooms as the other. Should the Plaintiff and Defendant be enrolled at the same institution of higher learning, they are to maintain a 50 standard feet distance from one another at all times. Should by coincidence the two enroll in the same class for attendance in pursuit of higher education, whichever of the two who was first enrolled in the class shall be allowed to remain while the other must withdraw from that classroom so as to not conflict with this contract. This contract shall be binding for life. Any attempts to revoke this contract must receive judicial approval from the Court of Common Pleas of the State of South Carolina with just cause as to why the contract should be revoked to be presented for Judicial review. This contract cannot be revoked without the consent of both Plaintiff and Defendant. Penalty for violation of this contract is contempt, at the discretion of the presiding justice, and a $500 fine, $250 of which is to be paid to the court presiding over the matter of breach and $250 plus any reasonable legal counsel fees awarded to the party who was violated by the breach of this contract.
