This is what i have notice, a poor decent honest citizen goes to a government office to transact some business, maybe to register something or to stamp or get approval for something or a licence or whatever and this citizen has all his documents in perfect order but because he is poor and no one knows him he has to go through hell with runaround and length of time, but a rich citizen will goe to the same office and though he may not have all his documents in order but because he is well known even for criminal activities and passess some money under the table he gets his business fix in no time and he is out the office leaving all the honest decent citizens going through hell. GOVERNMENT-- PUBLIC SERVANT-- CIVIL SERVANT --PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR OR ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT DO MAKE LIFE VERY DIFFICULT FOR INNOCENT LAW ABIDING DECENT CITIZENS.
