(breaking fast) 1)bas mati rice (carbs) 1)grill breast chiken or grill beef or baked salmon and 10 egg white (protein) 3)vegetable (fibre) *I avoid fruits at night bcs of high glucose index Eat till 1/2 full 4)Around 10pm I drink isolate protein shake Sahur. 1)10 half boil egg and grill breast chicken (protein) 2)Bass mati rice (carbs) 3)Vegetable (fibre) 4)Fruits 5)Protein shake isolate *I try to avoid salt Happy trying
