This is what we been dealing with THANK GOD our lease is terminated and we are now in a beautiful safe space. I am still so upset to have been set up by such a uncompassionate management company. They knew what they was doing; they new there was too many hazerdours potential issues to lease this place out. The only reason I chose it was because I was excited to have such a big space and a backyard for the kids to play in and Jaidens school was right in Hazel Park. I even excepted the run down look and my sister encouraged me and we knew we could make it our own but NEVER did I suspect so many issues with infestatations;Mold; and leaking walls!!! I will be uploading many videos because the WORSE part is Royal Rose Properties took NO accoubtibilty. Never once spoke to me verbally; they insisted for me to contact them via the internet over and over til one day (literally right before labor day) they had a lawyer send me a email saying we could terminate our lease. We just moved in put 1300 down about three months ago!! This back room was already been cut off from the kids I had to go back and forth Ro have the kids be at my Mons as much as possible to keep them away while I actively search and find a new place and they had the audacity to say when I finally spoke to someone on the phone that there was no proof off hazerdous issues. I applied for the first time ever for SER emergency funds to get help moving with DHS which helps for this specific type of issue and they denied it all. I was advised to pay thousands for a mold air quality specialist to come out which clearly I simply can not afford. There is still a woman and her small child living upstairs!!! Dont ever ever ever work with Royal Rose Properties.
