This judgement of Patna High Court in respect of mass murder of Dalit community in Bathe Kand of Bihar is controversial to the judgement of Lower Court and politically influenced by the Nitish Kumar government to favour the so called Upper class community to get votes from them in coming election, most unfortunate to the entire Indian societies, no body will trust on judiciaries if such judgement is accepted by the Legal Department of India. President, Prime Minister and Chief Justice of Supreme Court should review such judgement to protect a huge mass of Dalit Society.
