This letter allegedly discovered by the servant of Suraj, who claims to have found it while cleaning, appears forged and planted, to prove that Jiah had a disturbed background and had suicidal tendency as pleaded by his lawyer. I hope the judges would instruct for a forensic investigation on the timing and writing of the letter. There is tendency and patter in people when they write letter. Many times in such letters names are not mentioned. When Jia did not use her name in her ällegedly last leter, where she could have very well done it, why would she write her name on other such letter. The finding of the letter by servant is also some what suspicious as such letters are generally kept such that they are not accessible to even closest of families and here this letter was found by the servant, even if for the argument sake, we believe that the letter was written by Jia, and Suraj took out these letters from his closet, logic says he would either destroy it or would again hide it. Most certainly would not throw on the ground to be found by any servant while cleaning.
