This letter has also been sent to the Sentinel. If it isn’t clear to the people already that we have a corrupt judicial system in this country with the sale of Fenton Town Hall by the Ministry of Justice, will today’s judgement at the County Court in Hanley regarding my occupation of the Victoria Ground make it any clearer? thisisstaffordshire.co.uk/Descendant-donor-hits-town-hall/story-19618128-detail/story.html St. Modwen Developments Ltd applied to the court to have me evicted from the land as land owners and in order to legally evict, they have to be sole occupiers of the land. However, that isn’t the case in this instance. A hand delivered letter from St. Modwen’s solicitors (Wragge and Co of Birmingham) given to me on the 10th May by Euan Lindsey and Mike Rawlins states; St. Modwen and their third party associates rely on the register as evidence of its title to the property and therefore, giving them the right to evict. So who are their third party associates? Within the Title Deeds for the Victoria Ground (SF387791) an UNDERHAND deal was done between Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the football club on the 12th June 1946, and I stated to the judge that an underhand deal was an illegal deal done behind closed doors. However, the judge stated that an underhand deal in this instance is a deal done between the two parties and therefore is not illegal. But in the Concise Oxford English Dictionary, UNDERHAND is described as follows; Acting or done in a secret or dishonest way. Therefore, the judge’s interpretation of UNDERHAND was wrong and in my opinion his judgement to evict on the 15th August is unlawful! I’m stating that we’ve got Geezers Involved in Manipulating the People for greed – GIMP’s and it’s those at the top end of the food chain who are carrying out this manipulation, who are being protected by those who should ensure justice is adhered too. Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s failure to remove this gas pipe-line in 1963, when the gas pipe became no longer in use after the removal of the gas tanks from the eastern side of the River Trent cements their association with the land today and it’s this association and gas pipe that’s allowed the land on the eastern and western side of the River Trent to be BIND in 2008. This BIND of land now puts both the eastern side of the River Trent which was previously under Title Deed SF537090 under the title of SF387791. Stoke-on-Trent City Council also attached land plot 8 that same year and made transfers into the Title Deed of land outside the boundaries of the Victoria Ground and are under the titles of SF147014 and SF128957. It is therefore my opinion that the people need to make a stand for their community if land theft by St. Modwen and Stoke-on-Trent City Council under the banner of Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Ltd is to be stopped, because the judicial system isn’t going to protect it. This land has heritage, and received heraldic recognition in 1487 and deserves protection. But what do you think?
