This letter to the editor sounds legitimate. This guy knows whats up. Because being kind to our environment makes no sense at all. Like a car. You know its going to get dirty, so why wash it ever? And why change the oil? You know eventually the car is going to break down. Just deal with it. Climate change It is too bad the Spectrum had to import global warming claptrap from Salt Lake City (re: letters June 6, 2014). No, driving your car and cooling your home are NOT going to cause billions to die. And tearing down clean coal-fired power plants to build cleaner gas-fired power plants is not going to save the human race. The climate changes, deal with it. It has for millions of years and will for millions more. No half-baked theory is going to change that. After we have totally eradicated the use of fossil fuels all over the planet, and the climate STILL CHANGES, then what? Outlaw exhaling?
