This life is all a test. There is bait all around us that is constantly tempting us to bite. If you are a true believer in God, then you will ignore the bait, realizing that its all just a test, and you will be confident that God will eventually reward you with the real thing. However if you are a non believer or if you are weak in faith, then you will fall for the bait over and over again, feeling stress and pain every time. You can see many of the people around us who refuse to follow the right path, falling for the same trap over and over again, not realizing the Almighty is controlling it all. Fortunately, the Almighty has given us the solutions: 1. Make sure you keep up with your daily prayers as they will help you to stay focused, 2. Practice gaining self control over the desires of our soul by having a consistent fasting schedule. Fasting twice a week, preferrably every Monday and Thursday should give you a sufficient amount of strength. 3. Ignore the bait and practice restraining your glances. Once you get a grip over your desires, you can restore your value, feel GREAT about yourself, and prevent yourself from going down the degradingly low level these desires can take you to.
