This lovely little 68cm Hinchinbrook Barra was caught using Easy2Hook knotless 4/0 OShaughnessy Bait Hook. We had missed the best moons but figured we had time for our first fish with some good mates off their boat house pontoon. We tested some lures but they were not productive which we put down to the moon phase and this little guy was caught using live bait. With 3 of us fishing he was the only catch. We were more than impressed with the way the Easy2Hook knotless performed as this young fish put up a very strong fight trying to get himself under the pontoon, Ernie however had other thoughts. We were surprised with the hook up as we were expecting and targeting Mangrove Jack due to the tropical stormy conditions we experienced here on Monday evening. A great team effort Sams rod, our mates livey and Ernie taking charge of the catch and release. Due to the nature of the knotless hook the catch was released with no damage.
