This makes me so mad. In this modern society w/ everything imaginable at your finger tips. We are living in the information & technology age. We put a man on the moon for petes sake. How can something like this continue to go on? We hear about this type of situation more often than not & CPS is left unchecked repeatedly! They take & rip children from their homes then ask questions later! How many times have we seen & heard of children dying in actual abusive homes where CPS had been told & notified of the abuse! Nobody but nobody should have that kind of power over our children! This has got to stop! Please share this story & get it out there! Just when you think it cant & would never happen to you...it can & it does! Believe me I know! All it takes is one pissed off, jealous person to make that phone call & youll have CPS at your doorstep! Keep in mind that if it does happen...they record the phone calls & your lawyer can subpoena it so you can press charges against them for defamation & false accusations! I was told by my lawyer that CPS were going to start pressing charges against people who make false claims then they can also be sued by the state to recover expenses incurred investigating those false claims! So you can no longer call anonymously, make false accusations & get away w/ it! I made it very clear that if it happened a 3rd time I would file suit against them & the caller for putting my children through that at their school, being pulled out of class, questioning minors without parental consent, w/out myself or our lawyer present! My lawyer made letters addressed to both schools at the time that the school is not allowed to pull my boys out of class for any reason or for any agency w/out myself or the lawyer being present! I provide that to the school every single year! I suggest you do the same if you have any concerns or to protect your children. Otherwise if the police, cps or any agency goes into the school to request to interview your child the school has to comply if they have no documentation from the parents! Also, keep in mind that they can ask your child to remove their clothing, interview them & drug test them ALL without your consent!...that didnt happen to the boys but I was told by the schools that they can w/out the documentation.... I am not aware of this policy being changed but I would still do it to keep your family legally protected & you have proper proof/documentation for court if it gets that far! I will say that the caseworker we had both times was a very nice lady, totally understood the situation, very helpful & even told me that she thought it was a retaliation call before she even contacted me! ........I hope everyone can take a minute out of your busy, hectic lives to pass along something this important that concerns every child! Your child is my child. Your family is my family. NO Child or family should ever have to go thru what this family in the video went thru...EVER! Thank You! ♡xo (I know I, or we, cant change the world overnight & make All the bad things & people go away but Im sure as hell aint going to sit here & do nothing! ~Evil Prevails When Good Men Do Nothing~ I will never go down w/out a fight! Those who did that to my boys & I.....underestimated my fight! I stood my ground. Got my family lawyer. Would not stand for it period! Both cases were dismissed in less than 3 days! Dont EVER underestimate me when it comes to my boys!)
