This may be the first, only, and last thing you will ever need to read (excluding educating yourself on the subjects below) I did a sacrificial experiment with myself, I ate processed foods, did not exercise, and watched television for 1 month, and meditated every night and day. Note to every person, who thinks Im crazy, or thinks spiritual abilities or connecting to higher divine self and universe is not possible: Conclusion- 1. After meditating everyday, it came to a point where spirituality, connecting to the energy of the universe seemed impossible. With a third closed eye, I could not feel the energy, I felt grounded, completely stuck in a 3d world. A logical mind would tell oneself, this is reality, this is normal, and will not or cannot conceive beyond the physical world around them because when their third eye closes, the gateway to the world beyond closes as well. I could continue living this way as many do and rationalize a completely irrational life. (I obviously will not) 2. I see you, I understand you, I am you. This is truth. We are all the same, every one of us choosing different alternate realities, creating different outcomes. We inherently have a unique, beautiful power which science cannot explain, control, or mimic. We as individuals are the most advanced biological machines. Once you embark on your personal journeys to become the best versions of yourself, you will find the truth in this, and you will see the poisonous toxic reality the world is existing in. Notes: television closes third eye, processed unnatural foods close the third eye, daily exercise will eliminate toxins from your body and allow the amazing powerful good beings that you are become what you are capable of being.(clean the machine). Meditating facilitates your connection with your bodies life force and how it Is connected to the physical and non tangible world throughout the universe. Once you start seeing energies, feeling energies etc, you will know you third eye is opening. 3. I am and was the experiment. I personally, first handedly sacrificed my most amazing personal self and gift to tell you this. Why? Because the irrational, nonsensical, messed up world exists because we are as a whole, divided. Relinquishing all of our powers and abilities to measly physical irrelevant things. Fashion, propaganda, temptation, the things we say we Cannot live without, we give our godly given powers to and in turn completely relinquish them, or lose them. (Snap out of it) A combination of exercise, organic diet, no meat, meditation, and no television or radio will allow you to tap into your divine self, superhuman abilities.
