This meal, so beautifully made and presented, was worth a picture. I took out my best camera (the one I had with me at the time, my cell phone) and snapped. Then I thought about it a bit. Why not highlight local meals that are exceptional yet are just part of my daily life? Not going out and making a story, just recording and rewarding special efforts as I go about doing whatever it is that I normally do. So, here it is: the first in what I hope will be a series from some of the restaurants in my area.
