Having come from the desert, the rainy season here is glorious for me, in fact, while most leave for this season, I could come just for this, but.... I also come from the altiplano of NM and remember the well 98.6 miles from my college apartment to the base of Als Run and Taos Ski Valley and the one hour to Santa Fe Ski Basin. I am guessing you would have to go a long way from Antigua to find a good ski run. We have the mountains, but not the snow, however, I have heard that every few years these will get a dusting that doesnt last long.
