This morning I went to the bank and I have a confession to make... Our bank makes popcorn and every time I go in... the smell....hmmmm .... well... you know what I mean. Well, every time in the past my kids always get a little bag of it... and pretty much every time they have done it, I cannot resist and I have to take some from them. Well... this morning... this morning was different... this morning, I enjoyed the smell like always have but for the FIRST TIME, I DID NOT TAKE ANY FROM MY KIDDOS BAG!! NOW... that to me is FREEDOM!!! Didnt crave to have any, didnt even struggle to NOT have any, didnt even give it a second thought!! OHHHH MYYY GOODNESS!!! What I realized is that for most of us... our cravings have us in a ball and chain and we dont even know it! It was SOOO GOOD TO FEEL LIKE I HAD THE TRUE CHOICE... and if I chose to not have it... there was NO conflict at all.... Do you know THIS kind of FREEDOM??? If you want to FREE yourself from your cravings and unhealthy choices... message me!! As I know I am NOT the only one now... I just heard from someone in our Fitness challenge that felt that freedom too! What are you waiting for? Take charge and break the chains once and for all!! Youll be glad you did! Trust me! I AM!!!
