This morning I woke up with thoughts of all the people during the holiday season who feel isolated and alone. This time of year can be very joyful, yet for some this is the toughest time of the year to endure. Behind your smile are tears and sorrow. The flat feeling you have that tells you that your life doesnt matter. The voice that tells you no one would notice if you were gone. That is A LIE. Straight from Hell. The pressure that comes around this holiday escalates a lot of this feeling. This feeling is too much of everything overcrowding the brain, and your value being lost in the overload of Christmas. Let people in-go hang with the elderly or the widows. Call a friend, and if they blow you off call another, and another....someone else is feeling this way too. The presents will be landfill soon enough. YOUR LIFE MATTERS
