This morning, U.S. Consulate General Karachi in collaboration with PUAN Quetta Balochistan, organized an online session with 80 students from Balochistan University of Engineering & Technology Khuzdar (BUETK). Cultural Attache Phillip Assis and Political Officer Wren Elhai spoke to the students about U.S. cultural and educational exchange opportunities and U.S. policy. Students and faculty asked various questions, especially about U.S. efforts and programs in Balochistan. Regrettably, it is difficult for our American diplomats to reach places like Balochistan personally, but at least we can reach audiences there via Skype!
