SPECIAL DUTY ALLOWANCE:To be paid only when a teacher attends special duty outside the station. ( where else do teachers work except in schools? How many times do we attend trips,music,games etc. When will TSC pay these claims?) 4. HOUSE ALLOWANCES;BANDED AND INCREASED BY 300 BOB FOR THE 150,000 Teachers in lower grades and 10000 for the 99 teachers in job group R. 5.CAR LOANS & MORTAGAGES.
