We have trained Doctors and later on refuse to treasure our investment. I know of a case where a local Doctor was posted ko Scottish (Moleps), refused institutional housing like his expart counterparts, officers more Junior than him afforded housing, he commuted from Gabs to Moleps...eventually he started posting a le ko SA, where he was trained. This is no ordinary Doctor, one of the finest scholars we ever produced as a nation. Why train people for opportunities that dont exist, why train people whose services you seem to not require?
