This morning it looked like winter had finally arrived in Wetherby and on days like these many of us use moisturiser to protect our skin from the drying effects of cold weather. Each year new and exciting products come on to the market to protect our hands from drying out and we recently ran a project to gain insight into the use of some of these moisturisers. Despite being primarily an online project, the research also involved an in-home usage test which required us to distribute products to over 1,000 respondents… after all that packing & posting, we could have done with using some of the product ourselves!
