This mornings workout: Lower body with glutes focus (do not try this unless you are advanced and understand what each of the below is referring to) - Mini band around knees squat to push out knees on the rise x 20 - Straight into weighted sumo squats with feet on 2 boxes x 16 - Small rest into weighted sumo squat jumps with feet on 2 boxes x 10 - Rest then repeat the above - Rest then cable or strong res band kick backs x 14 on each leg - Straight into body on swiss ball mini band on ankles leg raises x 12 - Rest then repeat the last 2 exercises - Weighted front lunge step ups onto low bench or box x 12 on each leg - Straight into weighted wide leg alternating side lunge - Rest then repeat the last 2 exercises
