This move is for all the ladies (and fellas) that want to tighten and tone the buns. Glute Kickback. Improvise and use a hamstring curl machine. This move can also be performed using a smith machine, with ankle weights or simply just your body weight. Beginners: perform 3 sets of 15-20 reps using a light weight. Advanced: perform 3 sets of 12-15 reps using moderate to heavy weight. Feel them glutes burn.
