This new form of tick control uses a pesticide that research has shown to be harmful to honeybees, although the pesticide is contained within the box and reportedly in such small doses so as to not harm bees. While further research on their efficacy on Lyme incidence is not planned, the EPA has approved these new boxes. Tell us YOUR thoughts on this new device. Is it a gamble? Totally safe?
