This page is to help raise money for charity, in memory of my mum, Sandra Bailey, who passed away earlier this year. My mum was always proud of the charity events I took part in, and was always at the finish line cheering me on. I have decided that in 2014, I am going to do one event per month for the whole year. If anybody would like to join in, or can suggest a challenge for me, please feel free! So far, the planned events are: January: TBD February: TBD March: The Wilmslow Half Marathon April: Great Manchester Marathon May: Bupa Manchester 10k June: The Great North Swim (5k on lake Windermere) July: Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride (100km) August: Total Warrior (10 mile obstacle course) September: Tough Mudder Yorkshire (12 mile obstacle course) October: TBD November: TBD December: TBD All money raised will be split between two charities, The Christie and Headway. The Christie has been my charity of choice for years, whereas Headway is a charity that helps people who have suffered with Brain injuries. Thank you to everyone who donates and / or participates!
