This past Friday I contacted the city of St. Johns in regards to what I believe is the illegal disposal of waste down storm drains in the downtown area and have yet to hear if anything has been done. I can quote bylaws and talk about the environmental damages of such acts but I fear like my complaint to the city it will fall on deaf ears. Here are some pics and feel free to share, comment and contact your local blah blah blah. Tis a sad day when one thinks they are living in the age of enlightenment but realizes shit is still being tossed in the streets. Btw pics are on and near the street I and many others reside.
