This past Sunday, April 6, 2014 the Rue Franklin competed against Bacchus in the last show of the year for Nickel City Chef. The Rue team of Corey Kley and Kevin Perrin were victorious. Corey and Cheryl would like to thank the following people for making this a great event: Kevin Perrin, Steven Pusateri and the entire staff of the Rue that allows us to do what we love everyday. Brian Mietus, Matt Kirshey and the staff of Bacchus. Robbie Gianadda of Flat #12 Mushrooms for the superb array of mushroom products to work with. The judges: Janice Okun, Ed Forster and Regina Schrambling Supporters of the restaurant who were lucky enough to get tickets and vote us the audience favorite. Christa Glennie Seychew, Bert Gambini, Mike Andrzejewski, Suvir Saran and the rest of the Nickel City Chef staff for the chance to compete in such a great event.
