This past Wednesday, a group of eBay employees rolled up their sleeves, put on their aprons and served about 700 lunches to feed San Francisco’s poor, homeless, and hungry. What an awe-inspiring experience working with Glide! We’re glad we could give back to our local community. From the eBay family to Cecil, Janice, and everyone at Glide, thanks for making a difference! The GLIDE Foundation was founded by Reverend Cecil Williams and Janice Mirikitani in 1965 to alleviate homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Daily Free Meals program requires 60 volunteers to fill in the breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts every day, 365 days a year.
