This past week, three area families, along with the Panhandle Schools experienced the tragic loss of three teens, Samantha Rae DeLisle, Jeffery Masters, and Dana Janssen. Over the course of several days many acts of kindness and out pouring support came from our local communities throughout the Montgomery and Christian County areas. Whether it was, financially, spiritually, or physically, your acts have not gone unnoticed and have been greatly appreciated by those who have needed it most. We would like to thank first and foremost the area EMS, Fire Dept. and Law Enforcement personal who responded and or helped in anyway, you ALL are a great asset and “THANK YOU” never seems to be enough. To those who offered financial and spiritual help THANK YOU! It is times like these that reassure all of us that community values still exist and help is always near when we need it the most. THANK YOU to the following; Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro, and Rev. Mike Skinner of First Baptist Church, Blessed Hope Baptist Church in Raymond, and Pastor James Wagahoff, and the Pleasant Hill Christian Church, Pastor Dave Ziegenbein and the Raymond Baptist Church in Raymond, Rosie’s Café and Subway. Thank you for providing the kind meaningful messages at the services and to those who provided the meals following the funerals, you are all a much-needed part of our communities. To the Panhandle Area School Board, Administrators, Teachers, Staff, Students and Parents, THANK YOU! You ALL have gave so much, words cannot express the gratitude and at the same time sympathy for each of you. The added hours put in by the Staff that helped setup take down and who attended to every detail and request, and to all who helped with the Family hospitality during the services, Thank you Again. To Todd and Lora Dean and the Staff of Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Thank You for working so closely with us, together we were able to provide the families and friends of Samantha, Jeffery and Dana the support needed during this time.
