This photo is very special to me and no, NOT just because Shaun T is in it ;) But, it represents 2 things to me. First, where my journey began. I had done P90X and got amazing results. I also completed Chalean Extreme. Then came Insanity. This man right here...Shaun T..somehow found his way, not only into my living room but into my head and spirit. He found a way to break me down to then bring me back up. He reminded me what I was made of...what I was capable of. As I screamed, grunted and sweated out my problems, I rediscovered a better me. To you, it might be a workout. To me, it was LIFE. Thru the struggle, I found victory. Thru the test, I truly found my testimony. I thank God every day that I was crazy enough to try that workout. Secondly, this is one of my coaches, Tesha Bachman. She was a customer given to me by Beachbody (super cool part of coaching). To me, she represents a lot of people. She knew about coaching. She was skeptical. She was apprehensive. She wasnt buying it. She wasnt even remotely interested for over a year. She decided to start as a coach and STILL didnt follow any of my advice or recommendations to set her up for success. THEN...she GOT it. She jumped in. She did everything she was taught. In 4 months, she earned the entire Beachbody cruise FREE (we usually have a year to do this). My dream is to help MORE people do THIS! It takes work. It takes consistency. But, if you are up for the challenge, it is there for the taking! This photo is my 2 dreams colliding! LOVE IT!
