This position in Datchet, SL3 is responsible to assist the lead teacher and children in a Montessori classroom with children ages six weeks through 3 years of age during the work cycle and to develop lesson plans during playground/afternoon sessions. The suitable applicant will hold a level 3 or equivalent qualification, have a good understanding of the EYFS and ideally Montessori teaching practice. All staff benefit from regular training and assessment. Excellent prospects of promotion are available as this company prefer to promote internally, whenever appropriate.
