In addition to it being obviously very malnourished, it has three (3) different kinds of worms, fleas, numerous infected cuts and it is anemic. It is currently undergoing treatment. I appreciate the kind words, but my involvement in this was limited to coordinating the rescue effort, arranging to get the surviving dog proper treatment and to ensure that the case got reported to the proper authorities.Contributions should go ONLY to the Androcles Society... NOT the GWRA. This dog is going to require a LOT of special care and treatment. Im sure that any financial contribution that you make would be very helpful and much appreciated. You can send them to the Androcles Society at 2474 Gatlin Creek Road in Thomasville, Georgia, 31757. The dog will be cared for and treated at Clanton-Malphus-Hodges Vet Hospital & Pet Motel but again, funds should go through the Androcles Society if possible. Thank you!
